Last week I was in Berlin doing my Strala Yoga training (and loved every minute of it), and have witnessed a few of my yoga classmates battling a cold. I magically didn't catch it then, but I did catch it when I came back to Prague.

I prefer to avoid using chemical-filled medicine, so I'm battling my cold naturally. Here is a smoothie recipe that I always use when I'm feeling I'm coming up with something, or before long travels. It's really immune-boosting, and is perfect for this time of the year.

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 or 2 Kiwis
  • Ginger
  • 1 Drop of Oregano Essential Oil
  • Blend everything, and top with bee pollen
  • Enjoy

I pair it with my dōTERRA On Guard+ Capsules, and will be good as new in no time!
