There are many theories and studies about coffee, and since I love the stuff, I believe in the health benefits of it (in rational amounts, of course). You all have probably heard of the new-ish "Bulletproof coffee" trend at this point. It's basically coffee with butter and MCT oil. It's meant to give you energy and healthy fats, and be a great way to start the day, no breakfast needed. My approach is somewhat altered, but the idea is the same.
